In the case of post-payment bookings our role is limited to the transmission of information between you, the airlines and the accommodation provider. In the case of prepayment, we also manage the payment between you, the airlines and the accommodation provider. The information provided by us to visitors of our website is provided to airlines, accommodation providers and tour operators. Our service providers are given access to a portal through which they can manage and are responsible for information about their flights, accommodation and travel, including rates and availability. As such, while we try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee accuracy and hence cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information or non-delivery information. Nor can we be held responsible for any interruptions, breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website. Services provided are exclusive of park or any other entry or activity fees unless expressly stated in the package. Any issues related to the flight, accommodation, transport or activities will fall under the responsibility of the third party in charge (airline, transport company, hotel, travel agency, or other party..).


Prices on are highly competitive and contain no hidden charges. The price shown may not be total price payable (for hotels) for the room as advertised, please anticipate VAT and other taxes (subject to change without notice). Our hotel partners may offer optional facilities and activities at an additional charge.

We want to ensure you pay the lowest price possible when booking through We regularly check our prices vs competitors and show the “Best Deal” icon against hotels where we believe we have the best prices for the same combination of room type and hotel policies. While we strive to be accurate at all times, the “Best Deal” sticker is not a guarantee that the same or lower price cannot be found elsewhere.

The currency converter is informational and should not be deemed as accurate and real time information. Currencies are selected by each hotel individually. The true price to be paid in another currency will be shown at the time of payment.

Free Of Charge

Our service is free of charge. Unlike some other hotel booking websites we do not charge our customers a fee for making bookings. We can do this due to our low overhead costs.

Credit Card Or Bank Transfer

Many airlines and accommodation providers offer the option, or require guests to pay fully at the time of booking. Online payments can be made with Credit or Debit cards through our secure third party online payment provider. Cards which are accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, but will depend on your country of origin and the country of the airline and the accommodation you are booking.

Please note that depending on the cancellation policies of the airline, hotel or tour you are booking, refunds may not be possible in the case of cancellations or changes to your booking. Please carefully check the cancellation policies of each provider before confirming your booking.

We take measures to prevent and detect credit card fraud. In the event of credit card fraud most banks or credit cards bear the risk and cover charges associated with such misuse (sometimes subject to a deductible). If you believe you have been a target of credit card fraud on, please contact us and we will assist wherever we can to minimize your losses.


By making a booking with a service provider, you accept the cancellation and/or no-show policy of that airline or accommodation provider, and any other terms and conditions specific to that service provider. The cancellation and no-show policy of each airline or hotel is made clearly available on our website prior to booking. We recommend that you ensure you have read the cancellation policy fully before booking.

If you wish to modify or cancel a booking, please refer to the instructions laid out in your booking confirmation email, or contact our customer service by telephone, where we will be happy to help.
